This guide outlines many of our e-book collections, many of which allow for full-text searching of books. Some, including Knovel and the CRC Handbook of Chemistry & Physics, also allow for searching for property data.
You can search the catalog by author, title, keyword, subject, and call number. You may also use the "View Your Own Library Record" menu option to display books you have checked out; renew books; and review and cancel holds placed in your name (including OhioLINK requests). In addition to information about the University of Cincinnati’s collections, the catalog is the local gateway to OhioLINK--a union database of university library and community college collections across the state of Ohio.
The OhioLINK Central Catalog is a statewide library and information network linking 121 universities, colleges, technical and community colleges, and the State Library of Ohio - offering access to more than 49.5 million library items. You may search for items by author, title, keyword, subject, or call number. UC students and faculty have the ability to electronically request items while searching the OhioLINK central catalog and have the item delivered to a UC Library.
