Setting up an EndNote Online account and synchronizing the desktop and online versions of your EndNote Library augments the versatility of your EndNote library, providing you with the following capabilities:

• ability to access your EndNote library 24 X 7 from any location with Internet access
• assurance of a backup copy of your EndNote library, including full text attachments
• ability to share individual folders with other EndNote Online users
• ability to synchronize an EndNote library over multiple devices

NOTE: You must purchase the EndNote desktop product to access the synchronization function.  Each EndNote desktop owner receives access to this function for at least 2 years from the date of purchase of the desktop product.  Access to this function may extend beyond the 2 year period if Clarivate has not issued a new version of the desktop product.
