ERISA: Research Guide to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act

About

Dictionaries/Glossaries can be one of the most valuable tools for your research, especially if you are unfamiliar with the particular area of law.

Encyclopedia articles are good for background information on legal topics. The introductory information found in encyclopedia articles may help you choose a specific topic for a paper or research project, or give you an idea for broadening or narrowing a topic you have already chosen.

Nutshells, like encyclopedias, give an overview of the topic and key principles or law.  The scope of a Nutshell will be much smaller than an encyclopedia.
