GIS Day is an annual event for students, staff, faculty, and the broader community to learn more about Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and to celebrate the power of geospatial analysis and visualization in answering research questions and solving real-world problems.
This year, we will be hosting a virtual GIS Day program on Wednesday, November 18 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. See below to register for the program and to view a summary agenda.
Our 2020 GIS Day program, 3C GIS Day, is a collaboration between The Ohio State University, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of Cincinnati. We hope you can join us for an informative and exciting program!

3C GIS Day is free and open to all. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain the Zoom links and passwords required for participating in the various sessions throughout the day.
Live captioning will be available for the 3C GIS Day lightning talks. If you require additional accommodations, please email libevents@osu.edu as soon as possible. Requests made one week prior to the live event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
Win an ArcGIS for Personal Use License! As part of 3C GIS Day, we will be giving away a total of 15 ArcGIS for Personal Use licenses (valid for one year from the date of activation). All attendees at the GIS Education and GIS Careers professional development sessions and all entrants in the ArcGIS StoryMaps Showcase will be eligible for this drawing.
