How to Write an Annotated Bibliography

This guide is designed to help you learn more about writing annotated bibliographies and how they can be useful for conducting research.

Which style should you use?

Ask your professor which style format they want you to use.  APA style is typically used for social sciences such as Education and Psychology, as well as Business.  MLA style is usually used for liberal arts and humanities disciplines, including English and Literature.
