Islamic Law in the Middle East: Home

This guide will cover the Quran, authorized legal interpretations of the Quran, collective sources, sources for the law of Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern nations. It is compiled for the benefit of our LLM students.

Home - Introduction

This guide has been created primarily for our LLM students, but I would be very gratified if others could benefit from it.  It is limited to material that is accessible from the University of Cincinnati (UC) either in paper or digitally.  Most of the material listed in this guide is in the Law Library and some is in Langsam Library, which is the main, general, academic library at UC. Online material is accessible on campus or off campus with a UC username and password.
