Summon is a great place to start a search for sources (e.g. scholarly article, news article, ebook, streaming media). Use the search box on this page or go to the Articles search box on the UC Libraries web site. Use the Keyword Map Worksheet to identify keywords for your search. Note: Summon's folder feature is helpful to use when you want to share potential sources with your team.
There are four types of articles (news, magazine, trade, scholarly) that your team may encounter. These article types vary in the depth of topic coverage, intended audience, and purpose. The Identifying Types of Articles video (3:27 minutes) reviews these differences.
