In addition to this guide, the local LSP Implementation Team has set-up a Cross Jurisdictional Team for the LSP migration. This guide will provide access to some high-level information about the status of the migration as well as pointing to general training resources and communication channels as they're developed, but anticipate that all conversations, questions, and resource sharing around specific tasks (ex: fulfillment, acquisitions, cataloging) will happen in Teams.
A website has been created featuring basic information about the migration, important service dates and an FAQ, titled the Library Services Platforms Upgrade. Additional external communications documents, including the external communications plan, may be found in the general files under External Communication. These tools have been created in part for your use, as you navigate questions about the migration.
In addition, at the bottom of this page you'll find a form which you may use to submit your questions about the migration. Answers to submitted questions may be found here.
OStaff is the portal for OhioLINK member institutions and partner organizations. OhioLINK is posting continuous LSP updates, documentation and resources in the LSP Migration Project portion of OStaff. If you don't have an Ostaff login and would like one, contact Jim Campbell from the LSP Implementation Team.
