Curriculum Materials and Resources in the CECH Library

This guide provides curricular and research support for UC's School of Education in in the College of Criminal Justice, Education, Human Services, and Information Technology (CECH).

CECH MakerLab

The CECH Library MakerLab is located in room 325 and can be used by members of the UC community to create instructional materials. The Lab is open during regular library hours and is configured to support a rather diverse group – college students, pre-service teachers, and in-service teachers among them. 

Some tools you can use in our MakerLab include:

  • 3D printer 
  • Art supplies
  • Button makers (2.25" and 1.25")
  • Bulletin board paper, posterboard, construction paper 
  • Comb binding machine 
  • Cricut Maker 3, Autopress, and EasyPress Mini
  • Cutting tools and mats
  • Die-cut machines (Manual and Electronic)
  • Lamination machine
  • Laser cutter and engraver
  • Paper cutting machines
  • Sticker and vinyl printer 
  • Variquest cutout maker
