ICPSR - Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research
ICPSR (Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research) is a depository of over 250,000 datasets from social science disciplines. Subject collections include aging, arts and culture, criminal justice, demographics, education, health and mental health, race and ethnicity, sociology, political science, criminology, history, public health, economics, and psychology. ICPSR Account Creation

UC is a member of ICPSR.

You are encouraged to create an account of your own to access members-only databases, teaching resources, and other tools and services.
You must be logged in to the UC system via the Proxy OR the VPN the first time you create your account.
You will be prompted to allow your local ICPSR reps to contact you personally if you require help.
You do not need to check this box, but if you do, your campus ICPSR reps will be able to help troubleshoot and communicate with you if you contact the ICPSR help desk.

ICPSR Campus Reps

You have two campus reps who are employees of the UC Libraries. These reps promote upcoming workshops, webinars, trainings and events of interest to the campus. They also are your local contacts when you need help setting up an account, accessing a database, setting up a data repository deposit, and other solutions.
