E-books at UC Libraries

ProQuest Ebook Central has a wide selection of e-books in all subject areas, including Architecture, Design, Education, Languages and Literatures, Health Sciences, and Science & Technology.

All of the titles can be browsed, read online or downloaded to your own computer or electronic device.

To access ProQuest Ebook Central:

• On the UC Libraries homepage click the Databases tab in the red search box.
• Type proquest ebook in the search box. Click the search icon or hit "Enter."
• On the result screen click on "ProQuest Ebook Central (formerly ebrary, EBL)."
  If prompted for login, enter your UC credentials (6+2 and central password).

The collection can also be accessed via the library catalog.

After you run a search you may wan to click on "Owned and subscribed to by my library."

Note: we do NOT recommend selecting "Unlimited Print, Copy, & Download," as this may lead to few or no results.
