Interdisciplinary Research for Law Faculty & Students

Peer reviewed

The process of peer review means that the journal subjects each article submitted for possible publication to a panel of peers who critique the article and decide if the reseach in it is sound enough to be published in the journal.  Usually this process is anonymous on both sides so that there are no persoality conflicts.  Usually if a journal is peer reviewed it is scholarly enough to be trustworthy to cite.
