The following reference resources may prove useful to you when preparing work to submit at CCM.
The Chicago Manual of Style Online is completely searchable and easy to use¸ providing quick answers to your style and editing questions. The Q&A content is fully searchable along with the content of The Chicago Manual of Style. The Chicago Manual of Style Online also provides convenient Tools¸ such as sample forms¸ letters¸ and style sheets.
Citation Quick Guide – Notes & Bibliography: Sample Citations
For types of resources that are commonly cited – e.g. a book (in print or e-book), a chapter or part of an edited book, a journal article (in print or accessed online), or a dissertation – a brief guide providing examples for footnote (long and short forms) and bibliographic citation formats.

When more detailed reference information is required – e.g. for citations related to sound and video recordings (14.263-66), music scores (14.255-56), manuscripts (14.221-31), discographies (14.262), websites, blogs & social media (14.205-10), interviews (14.211-13), etc. – here is the full guide, providing examples for footnote (long and short forms) and bibliographic citation formats.
